The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. I found a convenient restaurant just across the street from the hotel. The metro station was a short walk away. The staff provided helpful directions and recommendations for local attractions.

I found the breakfast had a good variety. The staff was helpful. the room was large and clean. i found its location excellent. It was only a short distance from the metro station. there was a useful, adequately sized fridge in the room.
i found a slight inconvenience with the lack of power plugs near the bedside, it was just a bit annoying.

the breakfast offered a reasonable selection, though not extensive, it suited my needs. i found a good selection of meats, eggs, and cheeses were available. the coffee was also quite good.

the front desk staff were available 24/7. i needed assistance with a taxi early in the morning, around 3 am. a staff member checked me out quickly and secured a taxi in under 15 minutes.

The breakfast, i must admit, was a bit of a letdown. the coffee tasted like it had been brewed sometime last week and the bacon was consistently cold. This was not ideal! the wifi, also, seemed to give up the ghost around 7 am. i suspect everyone else woke up and decided to use it at the same time.

the location proved good for access to local transport. trams were very close. staff demonstrated kindness. check-in flowed smoothly and did not take much time.
the receptionist were not good. wifi access gave problems. it wasnt fixed even after i ask for assistance. i also thought that the bed felt uncomfortable.
